OUR CORE TECHNOLOGY

Dr. Simon v2.0. Intelligence with experience.

Dr. Simon v2 offers an alternative foundation for agents that operate in the physical and digital world. It converts sensor observations into structured episodes, connects those episodes with goals and prior experience, and uses them to guide responses. This allows perception, memory, and decision-making to operate without an LLM at the center, while retaining language models where conversation adds value.

Discuss the technology
Dr. Simon architecture: multimodal inputs become time-linked observations and episodes; experience and knowledge inform permitted actions, whose outcomes return as feedback.Illustrative flow. No live data is shown.

The Episodic AI loop: observe, connect, recall and respond.

Multimodal evidence, in context

Connect gaze, movement, voice and interaction signals with task context. Keep time, source and signal quality alongside observations, so one isolated signal does not become the whole story.

Episodes that carry experience forward

Link events, sequence and outcomes into episodes. Experience memory retains specific cases; a knowledge graph organizes domain concepts and rules. Relevant recall gives the next situation a richer context.

A traceable action–feedback loop

Bring current evidence and recalled experience together with goals and permissions. Connect a suggestion or action to its recorded outcome, keeping the basis for the next decision open to review.

The engine provides observation and episode processing; the SDK connects the application; Agent Runtime coordinates goals, decisions and actions. Available capabilities depend on the connected product.

AGENTS FOR LEARNING AND CONVERSATION

Experience becomes a useful next step.

Two applications of our technology: supporting learning self-regulation and helping people practise meaningful conversations.

ATTENTION & LEARNING SELF-REGULATION

Focus Trainer Agent

Focus Trainer Agent helps learners reflect on study sessions and choose what to do next. It connects available learning observations, behavior episodes and the learner’s own responses with coaching and reports.

  • Review study patterns with their context and evidence.
  • Choose a smaller task, a review, a break or a request for help.
  • Discuss learner, teacher and guardian report views for your setting.

PEOPLE SKILLS & CONVERSATION PRACTICE

InterViewpoint Agent

InterViewpoint Agent helps people practise conversations for real situations, including interviews, presentations, meetings, proposals and collaboration, and develop the skills to express their ideas and communicate with others. Learning and practising interpersonal skills offers children and young people important opportunities to connect with others and grow in positive ways. Psychological treatment for social anxiety in children and young people also uses social skills training (SST) and rehearsal of real-life situations. InterViewpoint Agent aims to bring more of these opportunities into everyday life. Through small successes in expressing their ideas and responding to others, our goal is to help children who have faced communication difficulties alone reconnect with people and build confidence.

  • Keep the question, answer and observations in one response episode.
  • Review the transcript, available voice patterns, pauses and movement in context.
  • Practise again or export the session to discuss with a human coach.
